Priority Services Register (PRS)
The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free UK-wide service designed to provide extra support to vulnerable customers, particularly in cases of electricity, gas, or water supply interruptions. Customers on the PSR may receive benefits such as priority support during emergencies, advance notice of power cuts, and accessible billing options. If you think you might qualify, you can contact your energy or water supplier to register.
